We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery only in the following cases:

๐ย (Credit Note) will be issued once the parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse.
๐ฐ Return Pick-Up Fee: โน100 (flat) โ deducted from your order value at the time of issuing your credit note.
Weโll make two pick-up attempts.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, youโll need to self-ship your parcel to our warehouse.
Pickup address will be the same as your delivery address.

๐ A credit note will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel at our warehouse.
โ ๏ธ If the item is damaged, used, or missing, a credit note will not be issued, and the item will be returned to your address.
๐ซ A non-refundable shipping fee of โน100 applies to all subsequent return requests or on orders placed using a credit note.
โณ Credit Notesย are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
๐ Shipping fees and gift services (if applicable) are non-refundable.
๐ต Credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash.
The product was on sale or discounted (unless damaged/wrong item received).
The order was placed using aย Credit Note.
You request a second return for the same item.

If you receive a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, you must provide a full, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package opening and product condition.
This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.
We are unable to accept order cancellations once the order has been placed.
